Who’s running it.
Hi, I’m Alex Holtzman. I run two businesses. Handmade Kapamilya, a Filipino wedding-formalwear brand, is where I learned that most e-commerce ops problems aren’t AI problems. They’re infrastructure problems. Sales velocity, COGS, and stock levels lived in three places that didn’t talk to each other. The fix wasn’t a smarter AI. It was a system that pulled them into one.
The Arcane Key is where I take what worked at HMK and build it for other operators. I work in Next.js, Supabase, n8n, and Claude. I name the tools I use because that matters. There’s nothing arcane about which database or which orchestration tool you pick. The judgment is in which parts to own and which to let someone else worry about.
I don’t sell consulting hours. I sell systems. When an engagement ends, you have code in your repo, dashboards on your domain, and integrations wired to the tools you already pay for.
