A claim per block. Real numbers. Named tools. You should be able to read the code. We name Claude, n8n, Postgres, pgvector. Anti-hype, anti-jargon, anti-retainer-by-default.
01  /  What we ship

Four shapes of work.
One bill of materials.

01 / Dashboardsshipped

Operator dashboards that replace a SaaS sub.

Custom internal tools your team uses every morning. Built into your stack, queried against your database, no per-seat tax. Usually replaces two or three dashboards bolted onto your store.

02 / Content pipelinesshipped

Brief → draft → review → publish.

Editorial workflows where Claude drafts and humans approve. SKU descriptions, weekly briefs, support macros. Output you'd ship under your own byline, at the cadence your team can actually review.

03 / Ops databasesshipped

A canonical store. pgvector when it earns its keep.

Supabase + Postgres as the source of truth: products, orders, customer notes, embeddings. Designed so a junior engineer or a sufficiently curious operator can query it on a Tuesday.

04 / Workflow integrationsshipped

The Zapier you should have written yourself, written well.

n8n workflows tied into Shopify, WooCommerce, Veeqo, QuickBooks. The integrations that quietly run the business. Versioned, observable, and replayable when something inevitably breaks at 11pm.

Client  Handmade KapamilyaYear  2026Surface  Ops dashboard

Cut a 4-hour-a-week restock ritual into a 12-minute tab-check.

Handmade Kapamilya is a Filipino wedding-formalwear brand running WooCommerce, Veeqo, and QuickBooks. The ops layer was a hand-rebuilt spreadsheet. We replaced it with a Supabase dashboard, wired n8n into the three integrations, and added a Claude-drafted content pipeline. The operator reviews; we ship.

03  /  How we work

Async, opinionated, documented in your repo.

STEP 01  /  Tear-down
A written architecture review of what you have.

Send us repo access and Loom-tour your back office. You get a written tear-down: annotated diagrams of where data lives, where it leaks, and the three changes that would matter most before you spend a dollar on a new tool.

$250 · turnaround 5 business days · async

STEP 02  /  Build
We ship into your repo, on a branch.

Scoped builds, usually one of dashboards, pipelines, databases, or workflows. PRs land in your repo with tests, an ARCHITECTURE.md, and a video walkthrough. Your team reviews. We don’t push to main.

Fixed scope · fixed price · cutover by week 4

STEP 03  /  Handover
You own the code. We don’t gatekeep the keys.

At handover you get the repo, the credentials, the runbook, and a written invitation to never speak to us again. Optional Tier 3 retainer for the operators who’d rather we stay on call. It isn’t the default and we won’t sell it to you.

Zero lock-in · zero per-seat licensing · zero discovery calls forever

04  /  House rules

Things we won’t do, priced into the work.

discovery call · async only, written first.
monthly retainer · by default. Optional after cutover.
proprietary platform · we build inside your repo.
no-code tool sprawl · one stack, audited, owned.
"AI strategy" deck · we ship code or we don't bill.
white-label resellers · Alex writes the code that ships.
The Deal Room · async conversion surface

Hand us the repo.
We’ll hand you back the keys.

Tier 1 bootcamp from $47 · Tier 2 tear-down $250 · no calls, ever
